Legal status of the comprehensive plan. <br />Upon adoption of the 4-990 Indian River County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />163.3194, all development undertaken by and all actions taken in regard to development orders approved <br />by Indian River County government agencies shall be consistent with the adopted comprehensive plan. <br />All land development regulations enacted or amended shall be consistent with the adopted <br />comprehensive plan as amended. <br />(Ord. Timetable for comprehensive plan amendment submittal. <br />(1) Pursuant to section 163.3187 F.S., Comprehensive plan amendments may be submitted four two <br />times during any calendar year. The county will accept comprehensive plan amendment applications <br />during the entire months of January, April, and July, and October of each year.
