<br />BE IT RESOLVED'by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County' Flor-
<br />ida, that this Board does herewith approve the cancellation of all of the above described secures
<br />ities.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tris Board does herewith direct the Treasurer of the.
<br />State of Florida to deliver all of the above described securities to the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court of Indian River Countyt Florida' and that said Clerk is herewith directed to cancel said
<br />securities pursuant to law.
<br />Upon being duly seconded by Commissioner Waddellq the same was unanimously adopted.
<br />R E S O L U T I O N -- As Requested by Kuster Relating to Public Street and Drainage
<br />Canal Rights -of -Way -- Street Running East and West South of
<br />Jail
<br />Commissioner Waddell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption,
<br />as follows, to -wit:
<br />• WHEREAS, Indian River County, Florida, is the owner of certain property in the
<br />City of Vero Beach; and,
<br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and advisable and to the best interests of said County
<br />and the City of Vero Beach, Floridhz that an Easement and right of gray for public street and
<br />road be established over, on and across -a part of said property; Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida that this Board does herewith agree to convey easements to the City of Vero Beach over, on
<br />and across property owned by this Board in Vero Beach, Indian River County,"Florida, as follows,
<br />to -wit:
<br />An easement and right of way for a public street over,-on.and across the following
<br />described property, situated in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The East 35 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
<br />11, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; ALSO,
<br />The North 40 feet of the South 70 feet of the Southwest quarter of t he.South-
<br />east quarter of Section 2, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, except the East 400 feet of said
<br />quarter section; ALSO,
<br />An easement and right of way for a drainage canal and ditch provided said canal
<br />or ditch shall now exceed 15 feet in width nor a depth of 6 feet over, on and across the following
<br />described property, situated in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The North 35 feet of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
<br />11, Township 33 South, Range 39 East,
<br />S Upon being duly seconded by Commissioner Watts, the same was unanimously adopted..
<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were ex-
<br />amined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such bills
<br />and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants so
<br />issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided by
<br />the ruled of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being made a
<br />part of these minutes.
<br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and disburse-
<br />ments of the various funds, which having been audited, were found to be correct.
<br />There being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried, the Board
<br />then adjourned.
