Hitchcock in the sum of $590`.00 with,-., <br />St. Paul Mercury Indemnity Company as surety was approved July 2, 1952 by Douglas Baker, Clerk J <br />Circuit Court, as provided by law* <br />Notary Public Bond for Frances F. Jun in the sum of $5Q000 with <br />Fidelity Casualty Company of New York as surety was approved by Douglas Baker, Clerk Circuit <br />Court, as provided by law. <br />A budget committee was appointed consisting of Chairman Graves, Clerk <br />Baker, Attorney Smith and Road and Bridge Superintendent E. E. Carter for the preparing of a <br />tentative budget for the 1952-1953 fiscal year. <br />It was announced that the regular equalization meeting held on the <br />first Monday in July. as provided by law would be omitted because of the Resolution to extend <br />to August 51 19529 <br />the time of receiving the 1952 tax roll/which was adopted June 3, 1952. <br />There being no further business and on motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board adjourned until 9:00 o'clock, A. M. Tuesday, July 15, 19529 with <br />the following members present: W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; H. C. Watts, J. J. P. Hamilton, <br />Aubrey L. Waddell and Allison Warren. Also present were S. N. Smith, Jr., Attorney, E. E.
