<br />' The Board of County uommisioners in and for Indian RiverCounty, Florida, met at
<br />the Court House in Vero Beach, on Tuesday, February 2nd, 1928 at 10 o'clook A.H.with
<br />the following members of the Board presents John H. Atkin, Chairman; G.A.Braddook;
<br />J.T.LsBruoe; Donald Forbes and 0. 0. Helseth. Also present were Miles 1ldrren, Clerk
<br />and J.J.Knight, Sheriff.
<br />The minutes of the previous, meetings were read and approved.
<br />The Notary Publio_bond of Ater T James, in the sum of $500.00 with the Ame:awn
<br />Surety Company. of New York, a corporation as surety was approved.
<br />The Notary Public bond of B.H.Phillips, in the sum of $500.00 with the American
<br />Surety Company, of New York, a corporation as surety was approved.
<br />The Notary Public bond of Frank Z. Oliver, in the sum of $500.00 with the American
<br />Surety Company, of New York, a corporation as surety waa approved.
<br />The Notary Public bond of id+s Julia Ingersoll, in the sum of $500.00 with the
<br />American Surety Company., of New York, a corporation as surety was approved.
<br />The Deputy Sheriff bond of •.B.Davis, in the sum of $1,000.00 withJ.II.Snight and
<br />Louis Harris, as sureties was approved.

<br />we, theundersigned, cit*sena ofthe County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be
<br />laid out as follows, to -wits Commencing at Dixie Highway on 1/2 Section line of8eotion
<br />22 Township 32 South of Range 39 Bast, running Vest 14 mile, this temporary road tbat's
<br />being use to far South of the line, .this road is very badlt needed and is of great
<br />valve to the Cosnty--Vero Beach --and the land owners. It is needed for it's sand values
<br />to Vero Beaoh.
<br />The Board having considered said petition, and being advised by the County Bngin-
<br />eer that same was declared a public County road by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />St. Lucie County, it was. ordered maid petition be tabled.

<br />began and run along F.Z.C.Railrosd section hopse north fence line, reaching 14 Hiles
<br />west as the Board may Judge best. This road to be 18 feet hard surface, Said road
<br />right -of -wase to be not less than 40 feet in width.
