<br />le, the undersigned citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be
<br />laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the South-eaat corner of the South-west one-
<br />quarter of Section 30 Township 31 South Range 39 Nast; thence North along the center
<br />section line of Sections 30, 19, 18 and 7, to the North -Bast corner of the North-west
<br />one quarter of Section 7, Township 31 South Range 39 East. Said road right-of-way to be
<br />not less than Sixty-six (66) feet in width.
<br />It was ordered that H.D.Carter, Chaa.L.Beugnot and D.L.Leisher, be appointed a
<br />committee to view,mark and lay out said road and report to this Board.
<br />An order having been heretofore entered declaring a public County road as follows:
<br />The center of Section 5 Township 33 South Range 38 bast (which is to be a point on the
<br />center line of said County road) thence in a Westerly direction, along the east and went
<br />one-quarter section line through Sections Five and Six Township 33 South Range 38 East;
<br />thence along the East and Seat one-quarter Section line through Sections One, Two,Three,
<br />Pour, Five, and Six Township 33 South Range 37 East; thence along the East and West one
<br />.
<br />quarter section line, through Sections One, Two, Three, Your and Five Township 33 South
<br />Range 36 Eaat; thence along the East and West one-quarter Section line, to Eamidass
<br />station 698 plus 23.4 in Section 6, Township 33 .youth Range 36 East. Said station to be a
<br />point on the center line of said County road, thence along the arc of a three degree
<br />curve to the right to Station 713 plus 71.7 a distance of 1548.3 feet, said arc and
<br />atation to be the center line of said County road, in Section 6 Township 33 South Range,
<br />36 East; thence along a tangent having a bearing of North 43 degrees 33 minutes West,(iii
<br />Section 6 Township 33 South Range 36 Eaat) to atation 725 plus 63.5 a distance of 1191.8
<br />feet. Said right-of-way to be not leas than 200 feet in width.
