22 a special Taxing District in Brevard County and St Lucie County, Florida, to be known and designated as Fellsmere Cross State Road District. prescribing the boundaries thereof; Providing for the Government and Administration of said District; Defining the powers and purposes of said District, and of the Board of Commissioners thereof; to Authorize said Board to construct, improve, and maintain a road across the St Johns Marsh; to provide for the acquiring of property or condemnation thereof for district purposes; to Provide ror the levy and collection of taxes for district purposes; to Authorize future levies and asaesamente; To authorize said Board to borrow money and issue and sell bonds; to procure money to carry out the provisions of this Act; to prevent injury to works constructed under this Act, and tJ Provide penalties therefor; to Provide for the holding of election for issues of bonds in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00; to provide for continuity of District in event of change of County organization and generally to provide for the construction, maintenance and improvement of said road in said district. It ie further provided among other things than no act placing all or any part of said Beli mere Cross State RoadDistrict in another County shall affect or repeal any of the obligations of said Fellsmere Cross State Road District or affect any of the powers of the said Fellsmere Cross State Road District heretofore granted. In the event of all or any part of said Fellsmere Cross State Road District, placing by law in another County than St Lucie County, or Brevard County, all duties therein prescribed for offices of St Lucie_or Brevard Counties shall be performed by officals of such other County or counties, and whereas it is provided among other things that the Board of County Commissioners of St Lucie County and the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard County shall call for and provide for a special election for the purpose of electing three Commissioners as provided for in said act and to determine whether said Board of Commissioners of Fellsmere 'rose State Road District shall be authorized to issue bonds as provided for in said Act, at which election onlu registered voters residing within said district who own real or personal property as ahwwn by the assessment roll for the year 1925 in the office of the County Tax Collectors of the respective counties shall be qualified to vote; the boundaries of said Fellsmere Cross State District lying in Indian River County, formerly in St Lucie County, Florida, as provided by said act mai being as follows: Begin where the waters edge of Atlantic Ocean intersects the line between Township 30 and 31, thence westerly along the North boundary of Indian River County, to the North-west corner of Township 31 South Range 35 East, thence South along the Township line to the south-west corner of Township 31 South Range 35 East. thence East six miles more or less to the North-west corner of Township 32 South Range 36 East, run South 6 miles more or less to the South-west corner of Township 32 South, Range 36 East, thence run East 18 miles more or less, to the South-east corner of Townal+* 32 South Range 38 East. thence run North 6 miles more or less to the South-west corner of Township 31 South Range 39 East, run thence East to the waters edge of the Atlantic Ocean, North meandering said waters edge to place of beginning.
