Kimberly Massung <br />Executive Aide <br />At the Commission meeting on July 10, 2001, Resolution 2001-065 set up the Economic <br />Development Council Public/Private Task Force. <br />Since the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force has completed its <br />review of the permitting process, it is requested the Commission approve the attached <br />resolution dissolving this committee and discharging the task force members of their <br />duties. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman <br />Stanbridge absent) unanimously adopted Resolution 2002-085 <br />'dissolving the Economic Development Council Public/Private <br />Task Force and discharging its members. <br />RESOLUTION 2002-085 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, DISSOLVING THE <br />E CONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL <br />P UBLIC/PRIVATE TASK FORCE AND <br />D ISCHARGING ITS MEMBERS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 103.04, The Code of Indian River County <br />(Ordinance 90-20), the executive aide to the Board of County Commissioners keeps a <br />current list of all advisory board resolutions with a current roster of their membership; and <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Council Public/Private Task Force was <br />formed by Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 2001-065; and <br />OCTOBER 1, 2002 27 <br />e n <br />u <br />
