Should <br />you have questions and/or require additional information, you may contact me by <br />calling (772) 388-8203. <br />Cc: Honorable Mayor, Vice Mayor and City Council <br />George Bonacci, Building Official <br />Mark Mason, Director of Finance <br />Sally Maio, City Clerk <br />Assistant County Administrator Joe Baird stated that this action is an attempt to assist <br />small businesses and the Town of Fellsmere has requested an Interlocal Agreement to hold the <br />Town harmless if the fees are not paid. The County Attorney and the Town's attorney worked on <br />this Agreement and are satisfied with the result. <br />In response to questioning, County Attorney Paul Bangel stated that he is comfortable <br />with the Agreement which strengthens the Town's position but does not detract from the <br />County's position. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Ginn, the Board, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Stanbridge absent) <br />unanimously approved the Interlocal Agreement with the City of <br />Fellsmere and authorized the Chairman to execute same, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />OCTOBER 1, 2002 63 <br />
