Frame, General Services Director - u4 c,2)' Qc <br />Subject: Change of Date on Auction of Lot 11, Block 9, Vero Beach Estates <br />Subdivision <br />BACKGROUND• <br />Attached, please find a copy of the agreement with Karlin Daniel for the sale of Lot 11, Block 9, <br />Vero Beach Estates Subdivision that was approved by the Board on October 1, 2002. That <br />agreement called for the sale by auction to occur on Tuesday, October 29, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. <br />Also attached is a copy of a fax from Karlin Daniel requesting that the date and time be moved to <br />Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. This is a delay of twenty-three (23) hours and should <br />not affect any outcome of the auction and sale <br />RECOMJ IENDATION: <br />Authonze the sale of the property (Lot 11, Block 9, Vero Beach Estates) by public auction <br />properly noticed by the auctioneer to the highest bidder to be delayed by 23 hours with the <br />auction to be held on Wednesday, October 30, 2002 at 4 00 p.m.. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, Chairman <br />Stanbridge absent) authorized the sale of the property (Lot 11, <br />Block 9, Vero Beach Estates) by public auction properly <br />noticed by the auctioneer to the highest bidder to be delayed by <br />23 hours with the auction to be held on Wednesday, October 30, <br />2002, at 4:00 p.m., as recommended in the Memorandum. _ <br />7.D.
