Addendum to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fellsmere - <br />Forbearance of Traffic Impact Fees <br />The Board reviewed a memorandum of October 4, 2002: <br />October 4, 2002 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />From. Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney ?it <br />Re: Addendum to Interlocal Agreement with the City of Fellsmere; Forbearance <br />of Traffic Impact Fees <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the Board. of County Commissioners approve and authorize <br />the Chairman to execute the proposed Addendum to Interlocal Agreement between Indian <br />River County and the City of Fellsmere. <br />Discussion: <br />The proposed addendum provides that, for commercial developments within the <br />geographic bounds of the City of Fellsmere having a fair share roadway improvements fee <br />of less than $50,000, the developer either submit to the City a certified copy of an executed <br />forbearance agreement between the County and the developer providing for the <br />forbearance described in the Interfocal Agreement or remit to the City funds in the amount <br />of the applicable fair share roadway improvements fee for payment to the County before <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously (4-0, Chairman <br />Stanbridge absent) approved and authorized the Vice Chairman <br />to execute the proposed Addendum to Interlocal Agreement <br />between Indian River County and the City of Fellsmere, as <br />recommended in the memorandum. <br />October 15, 2002 <br />21 <br />Epi <br />• <br />
