The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone , base flood elevation <br /> 21 . 9 ft. N . G . V . D . In the attached letter from the applicant ' s engineer dated September 10 , 2001 , a <br /> waiver of the cut and fill requirements is requested . The lot area is 1 . 08 acres . The volume of the <br /> 100 year floodplain displaced by the proposed grading plan is estimated to be 556 . 5 cubic yards . <br /> ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br /> The waiver request has been reviewed by staff and appears to meet the criteria of Section <br /> 930 . 07 (2 )(d)4 . of the Stormwater Management and Flood Protection Ordinance for lots located in the <br /> Vero Lake Estates Municipal Services Taxing Unit. <br /> Alternative No . I <br /> Grant the cut and fill balance waiver based on the criteria of Section 930 . 07(2 )( d )4 . <br /> Alternative No . 2 <br /> Deny the cut and fill waiver.
