The property is zoned RS - 3 <br /> ( Residential Single - family up to 3 units/acre ) and has an L- 1 ( Low Density 1 up to 3 units / acre ) <br /> land use des = ation . The density of the subdivision is 2 . 37 units/acre . <br /> On April 13 , 2000 , the Planning and Zoning Cotnmission granted preliminary plat approval for <br /> Grevstone ( f1Ja Brook Haven Subdivision) . The developer, Brackett , Parker & Associates <br /> subsequently obtained a land development permit and has completed some of the construction of the <br /> required subdivision improvements . The developer is now requesting final plat approval and has <br /> submitted the following : <br /> 1 . A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary plat , and <br /> 2 . A cost estimate for the remaining required improvements , and <br /> 3 . A contract for construction of remaining required improvements , and <br /> 4 .
