Commissioner Stanbridge noted that Gifford has received a "Front Porch Florida" <br />Designation which will help with any applications. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously directed staff to issue an RFP to hire <br />a consultant to prepare a Housing Rehabilitation <br />CDBG application for the East Gifford area; <br />directed staff to issue an RFP to hire a consultant <br />to prepare an Economic Development CDBG <br />application; and activated the County's existing <br />CDBG Advisory Task Force; all as recommended <br />by staff. <br />9.B.
