Keith McCully, P.E., Esq., Stormwater Engineer W/% <br />SUBJECT: Vero Lake Estates Stormwater Improvements, Phase I — Work Order No. 10 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On August 4, 1998, at their regular meeting, the Board of County Commissioners authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the Professional Civil Services Master Agreement, between Carter Associates, <br />Inc. and Indian River County, for the Vero Lake Estates Stormwater Improvements, Phase 1. <br />Attached Work Order No. 10 is necessary to secure technical assistance for an FDEP 319(h) Grant, <br />and to provide additional technical and bidding assistance. The lump sum cost for this work is <br />$2,300.00. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to approve Work <br />Order No. 10. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board <br />unanimously approved Work Order No. 10 to the <br />Professional Civil Services Agreement with Carter <br />Associates, Inc., dated August 4, 1998, for Vero <br />Lake Estates Stormwater Improvements, Phase I, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />OCTOBER 23, 2001 <br />WORK ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />-22- <br />FI 5 r) 66t + <br />Ui1.J 1 ®r a� � <br />
