Commissioner Adams believed the affidavit of exemption process would result in 5 <br />acre parcels with no roads. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. <br />Rene Renzi, 340 Waverly Place, hated to see the Board approve an ordinance where <br />something this far-reaching only needs staff approval. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter.
