He believed that every permitted use should be reviewed only by staff and <br />"findings of fact" should be issued to explain why a plan is not approved when it is not. <br />Jim Egan was opposed to the change. <br />George Watson, Economic Development Director, Chamber of Commerce, <br />invited everyone to the Economic Development Tour next Friday and pointed out that we <br />are not talking about large projects.
