Keith McCully, P.E., Esq., Stormwater Engineer �jip" " <br />APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR VERO LAKE <br />ESTATES STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE I <br />DATE: January 7, 2002 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />On November 20, 2001, the County Commission executed a construction contract with C. E. M. <br />Enterprises, Inc. of Apopka, Florida, to construct Phase I stormwater improvements to the Vero Lake <br />Estates subdivision. The Commission also approved Change Order No. 1, reducing the project cost <br />from $1,777,000 to $1 356,657.44. We now ask the Commission to approve Change Order No. 2. <br />Change Order No. 2 reduces the project cost from $1,356,657.44 to $1,345,433.44. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners authorize the Chairman to approve and sign <br />Change Order No. 2, with C.E.M.
