RESOLUTION 2001 - 002 <br /> Ruth M . Stanbridge <br /> Vice Chairman <br /> A <br /> Facsimile <br /> 4 . Resolution 2000-01 of the Indian River County Board of County <br /> Commissioners is hereby rescinded . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br /> hereby authorized to execute any and all signature cards and agreements as <br /> requested by the respective banking institutions designated as official <br /> depositories by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County ; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures is as <br /> authorized by Section 116 . 34 , Florida Statutes (2000 ) , the " Uniform Facsimile <br /> Signature of Public Officials Act. " <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Stanbri dne and , upon being put to a vote , the vote was as follows : <br /> Chairman, Caroline D .
