For FY 2000/01 , Indian River County is eligible <br /> to apply for a Section 5307 grant in the total amount of $ 550, 549 . 00 in federal funds . Of this <br /> amount, $ 66 , 183 would be used for capital assistance, and 5484 , 366 would be used for operating <br /> assistance. The federal funds used for operating assistance are to be matched by $484 , 366 in state <br /> and local funds .
