Grant ( Multi-Agency Criminal Enforcement Unit) <br /> Project Generated Income <br /> Budget Amendment 006 <br /> Background and Analysis <br /> The M .A. C . E . Unit is requesting authorization to utilize project generated income ( PGI ) in the amount of <br /> $23 , 835 . This M .A. C . E . Unit income was generated from confiscating property in drug related activities . <br /> Funds will be distributed to the City of Sebastian Police Department and the City of Vero Beach Police <br /> Department for purchases as described in the attachments . <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the utilization of project generated <br /> income totaling $23 , 835 and authorize the attached budget amendment necessary to release the funds . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams , <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge , the <br /> Board unanimously approved Budget Amendment <br /> # 006 authorizing the utilization of project generated <br /> income totaling $ 23 , 835 for 3 video systems for the <br /> Sebastian Police Department and 3 MicroTech <br /> computer equipment for the Vero Beach Police <br /> Department , as requested . <br /> JANUARY 2 , 2001 C or 5 8 4 <br /> - 33 - <br />
