Bangel , County Attorney -- 14 <br /> Re : Signatories ; County Funds <br /> It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the attached <br /> proposed resolution directing depositories of County funds to honor the signatures of the <br /> Chairman , Vice Chairman , Clerk of Circuit Court, and two Deputy Clerks , as set forth in the <br /> proposed resolution , and rescinding Resolution 2000 -01 . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams , <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge , the <br /> Board unanimously approved Resolution 2001 - 002 <br /> directing depositories of County funds to honor <br /> - - certain authorized signatures on County checks , <br /> warrants , and other orders for payment . <br /> JANUARY 2 , 2001 5 8 9 <br /> - 38 - <br />
