She felt <br /> that efforts should be made to keep the matter off the Trustee ' s agenda and reminded the <br /> Board that there is now a legal matter pending in the 4 "' District Court of Appeals to clarify <br /> ownership of the submerged lands which should be allowed to proceed . <br /> Commissioner Macht thought this was a local matter as well as a legal matter and was <br /> not correctly before the Trustees . <br /> MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams to send a letter <br /> scribed by Vice Chairman Stanbridge for Chairman Ginn ' s signature , <br /> SECONDED by Chairman Ginn . <br /> Chairman Ginn asked that Vice Chairman Stanbridge make the meeting dates available to the <br /> press , advise of the cause , provide telephone numbers and e -mail addresses so Tallahassee could be <br /> flooded with objections . <br /> Vice Chairman Stanbridge advised that the environmental agencies are already fighting this <br /> proposed agreement .
