77 <br /> THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and <br /> the Motion passed unanimously ( approved out- of- <br /> county travel for any commissioner and/or staff <br /> representative at the Chairman ' s discretion to attend <br /> the January 31 , 2001 Cabinet Aides Meeting and the <br /> February 6 , 2001 Meeting of the Board of Trustees <br /> of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State <br /> of Florida, both regarding the proposed Lost Tree <br /> Village Settlement) . <br /> Chairman Ginn then noted that this is not a public hearing but the Board would now <br /> take public comments if anyone wished to speak on this matter . The Chairman added that <br /> Steve Melchior from Lost Tree Village Corporation is present .
