• <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2002-005 setting a time and place at which the <br />owners of properties located in Suburban Acres Subdivision <br />(32nd Terrace south of 8`h Street) in Indian River County, Florida, <br />and other interested persons, may appear before the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County and be heard as <br />to the propriety and advisability of constructing the water main <br />extension, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment <br />therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be specially assessed <br />against each property benefitted thereby. <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) 12/2(rousseau)kDC <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-005 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT <br />WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN SUBURBAN <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION (32"D TERRACE SOUTH OF 8T" STREET) IN INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY <br />APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND <br />ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE WATER MAIN EXTENSION, AS <br />TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br />THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 2002-004, determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described hereafter, that a waterline be installed to 14 platted residential lots located in <br />Suburban Acres Subdivision (32nd Terrace south of 8`h Street) in Indian River County, Florida; <br />and <br />WHEREAS it has been determined that the cost to be specially assessed with respect <br />thereto shall be $0.070264 per square foot; and <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br />completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />January 8, 2002 <br />• <br />89 <br />BR 12 1 ! 00 <br />
