(See Attachment -A) for the design of a <br />master planned force main along 9th Street S.W. (Oslo Road) starting from the existing force main located on <br />the west property line of Winn Dixie and ending at the west property line of the Arbor Trace development. <br />The force main was also to be extended along 43`d Avenue starting from Oslo Road and ending at Arbor <br />Trace's north property line. To date, all force mains have been installed. <br />In April 2001, payment and retainage had been released for all utilities constructed up to that date Not <br />constructed to that date was the force main along 43`d Avenue from Arbor Trace's entrance north to Arbor <br />Trace's north property line. This portion of the force main is now complete and the Developer is requesting <br />final payment and release of retainage. <br />ANAI YSIS• <br />Arbor Trace Development, Inc. has been paid $170,263.90 for utility work performed to date. The attached <br />invoice for $3,509.00, inclusive of retainage, results in a total construction price of $173,772.90.
