D .�� <br /> Environmental Analyst <br /> SUBJECT : AWARD OF BID # 3034 — Florida Institute of Technology <br /> Artificial Reef Fish Census Project <br /> DATE : January 2 , 2001 <br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br /> On October 3 , 2000 , during the Board of County Commission regular <br /> meeting , the Board approved a $ 20 , 000 Grant Agreement with the <br /> Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission ( FWCC ) for reef <br /> fish population censuses of the County ' s artificial reefs <br /> constructed in 1999 .
