It is an exciting time in our historic <br /> waterfront community and I want to extend to you and other Treasure Coast cities to share in our <br /> Centennial festivities. This year we are joining with the annual Cattleman's Parade featuring the <br /> U . S . Navy Band Jacksonville, local high school bands, community organizations and more .
