• <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter. There being <br />none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />Community Development Director Bob Keating emphasized that the tree survey <br />requirements are not required of every individual and the applicant can certainly talk to staff and <br />staff can outline the extent of the survey needed.
