Susan Rabold of CityScape thanked the Board for the opportunity and stated that the <br />experience has been a real pleasure. She stressed her thanks to staff for their comments, <br />critiques, and candid remarks, as well as their cooperation. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Wireless Facilities Master Plan and adopted Ordinance 2002-031 <br />amending existing interim regulations which established new <br />requirements for Wireless Telecommunications Facilities, <br />authorizing the processing of applications for Wireless <br />Telecommunications Facilities in a manner consistent with the <br />County's Wireless Facility Master Plan, amending the following <br />chapters of the Land Development Regulations (LDRs); Chapter <br />911; Zoning, Chapter 971, Regulations for Specific land Uses; and <br />providing for repeal of conflicting provisions, codification, <br />severability and effective date. <br />MASTER PLAN IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO 7 HE BOARD <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002-031 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />AMENDING EXISTING INTERIM REGULATIONS WHICH <br />ESTABLISHED NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR WIRELESS <br />TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES, AUTHORIZING THE <br />PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR WIRELESS <br />TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES IN A MANNER <br />CONSISTENT WITH THE COUNTY'S WIRELESS FACILITY <br />MASTER PLAN.
