DATE: November 5, 2001 <br />RE: Yukon Land Corporation's Request to Amend The Comprehensive Plan to <br />Redesignate ±142 Acres From R to L-1, And to Rezone Those ±142 Acres From <br />A-1 to RS -3 <br />PLAN AMENDMENT NUMBER: LUDA 2001-08-0013 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of County <br />Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 13, 2001. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />This request is to amend the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate ±142 acres from R, Rural <br />Residential (up to 1 umt/acre), to L-1, Low -Density Residential -1 (up to 3 units/acre); and to rezone <br />those ±142 acres from A-1, Agricultural District (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to RS -3, Single -Family <br />Residential District (up to 3 units/acre). Depicted in Figures 1 and 2, the subject property is located <br />at the northeast corner of the intersection of 85" Street (the easUwest portion of CR 510, also known <br />as Wabasso Road) and 90" Avenue (the north/south portion of CR 510).
