DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS This is a county initiated request involving five separate parcels, each of which contains environmentally sensitive and environmentally important land now under some form of public ownership. Attachments 3 to 12 at the end of this staff report show the locations, land use designations, and zoning districts of the subject properties. Summarized in the table below, this request involves changing both the land use designation and the zoning of each site. The purpose of this request is to secure the necessary land use designation and zoning to reflect the subject properties' public ownership and to ensure that the subject properties' environmental significance will be preserved.
