ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge, the <br />Board, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Ginn absent), <br />unanimously approved the special exception use and <br />conceptual plan, with the following conditions: (1) <br />prior to the issuance of a land development the <br />applicant shall obtain any required county and/or <br />jurisdictional wetland resource permits; (2) the <br />applicant shall coordinate with the County <br />Environmental Planner to phase the removal of the <br />nuisance exotics and ensure that the stumps/roots of <br />any nuisance exotics within the wetlands remain in <br />place; and (3) prior to or via the final plat approval <br />(a) the applicant shall establish access rights for the <br />2 not -included parcels, and (b) the applicant shall <br />establish a conservation easement on the wetlands, <br />and (c) the applicant shall prohibit docks, piers or <br />similar structures outside of the marina area; all as <br />recommended by staff. <br />9.B.1.
