ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board, <br />by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Ginn absent), <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2000-146 setting a <br />time and place at which the owners of properties <br />located in Westwood Subdivision (28th Court SW, <br />north of 5th Street) and other interested persons, may <br />appear before the Board of County Commissioners <br />and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of <br />constructing the water main extension, as to the cost <br />thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and as <br />to the amount thereof to be specially assessed <br />against each property benefitted thereby. <br />Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 146 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME <br />AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN <br />WESTWOOD SUBDIVISION (28T" COURT, SW, NORTH OF 5Th STREET) <br />AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS, MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING THE WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION, AS TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS THETO BE <br />SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGA NSTO OUNT EACH MPROPERTYREOF BENEFIITED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No 2000-144 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens <br />of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described hereafter, that a waterline be installed to serve 12 Tots located on 28'" Court, SW, <br />north of 5'" Street and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially assessed with respect <br />thereto shall be $0.177794 per square foot; and <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2000 <br />-118- <br />BK I 16 PG 130 <br />
