and as estimated by said BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION, it is determined and hereby declared that
<br />a tax rate of Six and Five -tenths (6.5) mills upon the dollar be levied, and is hereby imposed
<br />upon all property in the County of Indian River to meet the currect expenses, incidental and
<br />necessary, for the operation of the public school of the County.
<br />5. Estimates having been made by the said BOARD OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION and a cer-
<br />tified copy of the Resolution filed with this Board as required by law and as estimated by said
<br />Board .of Public Instruction, it is determined and hereby declared that the tax rate of Six and
<br />Five -tenths (6.5) mills upon the dollar is hereby levied, assessed and imposed upon all home-
<br />steads to meet the interest payments and provide a Sinking Fund for the ultimate redemption of
<br />bonds outstanding against said County current school fund and representing indebtedness incurred
<br />prior to the exemption of said homesteads from taxes.
<br />6. Estimates having been made by the said Board of Public Instruction for TAX
<br />SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 and a certified copy of said Resolution having been filed with this Board
<br />as required by law, and as estimated by said Board, being the rate of millage voted, it is de-
<br />termined and hereby declared that tax rate of Ten (10) mills upon the dollar be levied and is
<br />hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1952 on all of the property taxable for such purpose as
<br />provided by law in said District, said District comprising of all of Indian River County. The
<br />same being Nine (9) mills for support and maintenances and One (1) mill for building and special
<br />reserve.
<br />7. Estimates having been made by the said Board of Public Instruction TAX SCHOOL
<br />DISTRICT NO. 1, and a certified copy of the Resolution filed with this Board as required by law,'
<br />it is determined and declared that a tax rate of Three (3) mills upon the dollar be levied, and
<br />is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1952 on all property in the County of Indian River ly-
<br />ing and being within the boundaries of SPECIAL TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1, boundaries of which
<br />said District are described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 3,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, then run 'Nest along County line to Northwest corner of Town-
<br />ship 31 South, Range 38 East, thence South along Range line to Southwest corner of Section 18,
<br />Township 31 South, Range 38:East, thence East along Section line to Atlantic Ocean, thence North
<br />along Ocean beach to starting point, meet the interest payment and provide a Sinking Fund for the
<br />ultimate redemption of bonds of said Special Tax School District No. 1.
<br />8. Estimates having been made by the said Board of Public Instruction for SPECIAL
<br />TAX SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 11, and a certified copy of the Resolution filed with this Board as re-
<br />quired by law, it is determined and hereby declared that a tax rate of One and one-half (1 1/2)
<br />mills upon the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed and assessed for the year 1952 on all of the
<br />property in the County of Indian River lying and being within the boundaries of said District
<br />No. 11, which boundaries are as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 12,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 40 East, -then run West along Section line to Northwest corner Section 31,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 38 East, thence South on Range line to Southwest corner Section -31, Town-
<br />ship 33 South, Range 39 East, thence West along Section line to Northwest corner Section 6, Town-
<br />ship 33 South, Range 36 East, thence South along Range line to Southwest corner Section 18, Town-
<br />ship 31 South, Range 3$ East, thence East to Atlantic Ocean, thence North along Ocean beach to
<br />starting point. Seventy-five hundredths (.75) mills to be used in paying of interest and pro-
<br />viding a Sinking Fund for retiring bonds of said District dated the first day of December, 1936,
<br />designated as 11A and Seventy-five hundredths (.75) mills for the purpose of paying interest upon
<br />and providing a Sinking Fund for bonds of said District dated December 1, 1940, designated as 11B.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Assessor of Indian River County, Florida, be,
<br />and he is hereby directed to assess and levy all the foregoing taxes as fixed and levied by this
