ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board approved, by a 4-1 vote <br />(Commissioner Neuberger opposed) waiving the bidding <br />requirement and authorizing staff to proceed with the purchase <br />and fabrication of the 94 vents at a price of $85.00 each for a <br />total of $7,990 from Barry's Ornamental Iron located in Vero <br />Beach, as recommended by staff. <br />11.G.1.
