<br /> PROCLAMATION
<br /> HONORING ANTHONY D . GERVASIO , SR .
<br /> WHEREAS , Anthony D . Gervasio , Sr . has submitted his resignation from the Indian
<br /> River County Code Enforcement Board ; and
<br /> WHEREAS , Tony has faithfully served the interests of all of the citizens of Indian
<br /> River County and diligently performed his duties as a member of the Indian River County
<br /> Code Enforcement Board , taking into consideration all of the facts and making objective
<br /> decisions ; and
<br /> WHEREAS , since 1987 , Tony has served on the Indian River County Code
<br /> Enforcement Board as the County ' s Subcontractor Representative , under sometime
<br /> trying conditions , but always with a sense of humor; and
<br /> WHEREAS , during Tony' s tenure on the Indian River County Code Enforcement
<br /> Board , both as Chairman and a member of said Board , the population of Indian River
<br /> County has greatly increased , but because of the diligence of the Code Enforcement
<br /> Board our community has retained its unique qualities ; and
<br /> WHEREAS , Tony ' s commitment to public service and his jovial personality will be
<br /> sorely missed by his fellow Board members and County staff.
