He thought the Board did not need to "throw the baby out with the bath <br /> water" . They have to buy machines and he thought they needed to put an end to this . <br /> Commissioner Tippin agreed with Commissioner Macht that there was an error in <br /> judgment and to have the CEO come to admit it before this group should take care of it . It <br /> has been a very difficult matter and we have to move ahead and get things done .
