ORDINANCE 2000-038 <br /> (b) Districts requiring special exception (pursuant to the provisions of <br /> 971 .05 ) : A- 1 , RM-8, and RM- 10. <br /> (c)(b) Additional information requirements: <br /> 1 .2'L: A site plan meeting all of the requirements of Chapter 914. <br /> (d)f Criteria for civic and social membership organizations: <br /> 13- (MED District Only) Buffering of the project shall consist of <br /> a Type "D" buffer where abutting the MED district and Type <br /> "C" for adjacent residential properties . <br /> 2. (Districts Other than MED) The project site shall have an M- 1 <br /> or M-2 land use designation . <br /> 3 . (Districts other than MED) No main or accessory building <br /> shall be located within 50 feet of an adjacent street right-of- <br /> way or within 100 feet of an adjacent residentially or <br /> agriculturally zoned property . <br /> 4. Access shall be from a roadway designated higher than a local <br /> roadway in the county thoroughfare plan. <br /> 5 . A type `B " buffer, as defined in Chapter 926, must be <br /> provided along all property boundaries when the facility is <br /> located within or adjacent to a residential use or residentially <br /> zoned area. <br /> a. The board of county commissioners may waive or <br /> reduce the buffer requirements where the facility is <br /> located next to an existing cemetery, place of worship, <br /> child care facility , adult care facility, community <br /> center, or school . Consideration shall be given to <br /> security, noise, and visual impacts. Where a waiver or <br /> buffer reduction is granted, normal perimeter <br /> landscaping requirements shall apply , and alternative <br /> requirements (such as fencing) may be required. <br /> November 21 , 2000 <br /> 42 <br /> BK 1 16 PG 2 0 0 <br />
