This is a costly <br />procedure for County staff and consultants. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />It is recommended that the Board approve Work Order No. 1 with <br />Lawson, Noble, and Webb, Inc. for the 43rd Avenue Right -of Way <br />project in the amount of $54,370 with the condition that the firm <br />opens a local office in Indian River County.
