<br /> ANALYSIS
<br /> The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of Utility Services shall provide temporary
<br /> water service to Bracken Construction Incorporated, until such time that a water line may be constructed on2111
<br /> 94 h Lane . Bracken Construction Incorporated agrees to pay all cost and fees required for construction and
<br /> connection to serve their property and to participate in a future assessment, and to reconnect to this water
<br /> line as required by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services .
<br /> The Department proposes to construct the project utilizing staff of the Department of Utility Services , ( see
<br /> attached agreement).

<br /> RECONINIENDATION
<br /> The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the
<br /> attached Agreement with Bracken Construction Incorporated on the Consent Agenda,
<br /> and upon receipt of funds from the property owner, authorize the construction of the project utilizing
<br /> Department of Utility Services ' staff.
<br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams ,
<br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Stanbridge , the
<br /> Board unanimously approved the Temporary Water
<br /> Service Agreement with Bracken Construction , Inc .
<br /> and authorized the construction of the project
<br /> utilizing Department of Utilities Services ' staff upon
<br /> If-

<br /> recommended by staff.
