Under discussion, Acting Vice Chairman Ginn recounted her attendance at a recent <br />meeting of the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Environmental <br />Protection and suggested they be invited to make a presentation to the Commission. She <br />also asked Director Olson if he needed anything further from the Board. <br />Utilities Director Erik Olson requested a letter of support signed by the Chairman of <br />the Board of County Commissioners to be sent with the application. <br />Commissioner Adams and Acting Vice Chairman Ginn <br />AMENDED their motion to include a letter of support to be <br />drafted by Director Olson for the signature of the Chairman. <br />A brief discussion was held about the benefits of declaring this property a <br />Brownfield. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously.
