C. Mr. Mensing claims that because the trees were removed from the <br />Conservation Area, he can now hear the railroad trains from his homestead <br />property. He wants the county to construct a minimum 35 -foot wide buffer <br />along his property and the property owned by Mr. Sembler. <br />d. <br />Mr. Mensing claims <br />that the <br />piles of timber <br />in the Conservation Area <br />are <br />fire hazards and wants <br />something <br />done about <br />them. <br />4. Access Barrier on Gibson Street, a.k.a. 130th Street (at the northwesterly end of the <br />Conservation Area): Mr. Mensing wants the county to remove the barrier or else <br />give him a key to the lock, so he can access his homestead property vla a 20 -foot <br />wide strip inside the northwesterly property line of Lot 19, inside the Conservation <br />Area. <br />Mr. Mensing's statements do not appear to warrant action by the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Therefore, it is recommended that the Board reject Mr. Mensing's <br />proposals. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Vice <br />Chairman Stanbridge, the Board unanimously took no action and <br />rejected Mr. Mensing's proposals, as recommended in the <br />memorandum. <br />U.
