Children's Services Advisory Committee - Apintment of <br />Scharlet Chesser to Grunt Review Subcommittee <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of December 4, 2000: <br />TO: Indian River County Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Joyce Johnston-Carlso� <br />DATE: December 4, 2004 <br />SUBJECT: Membership to the Grant Review Subcommittee, Sub -Committee to the <br />Children's Services Advisory Committee <br />Staff requests appointment of Ms. Scharlet Chesser to the Grant Review Sub -Committee. <br />mice Chairman Ginn advised she was very impressed by Ms. Chesser when she <br />appeared before them last month, however she was unsure if Ms. Chesser lived in Indian <br />River County. She thought, because this sub -committee would be reviewing grant <br />disbursements that there should be some residence or property ownership requirement. <br />Chairman Adams advised that Ms. Chesser is a student at the University of Central <br />Florida and at age 21 it was unlikely she would own property. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED B� <br />Commissioner Stanbridge, the Board unanimously appointed <br />Scharlet Chesser to the Grant Review Subcommittee of the <br />Children's Services Advisory Committ <br />memorandum. <br />December 12, 2040 <br />0 <br />27 <br />ee, as requested in the <br />
