ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Ginn, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2000-152 confirming the special assessments in <br />connection with a water main extension to Anita Park <br />Subdivision 37`h and 38`h Streets, east of 58`h Avenue and west <br />of 56`h Avenue; providing for special assessment liens to be <br />made of record. <br />Public Hearing (Third Reso.} 10/00(reso�seb3a}k1DG <br />IN THE RECORDS OF _ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 152 CLERK CIRCUIT COURT ry <br />INDIAN RIVER CO., FLA. <br />rte` <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,_ <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION <br />WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO ANITA PARK SUBDIVISION <br />37TH AND 38TH STREETS, EAST OF 58TH AVENUE AND WEST OF <br />56TH AVENUE; PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO <br />BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by c <br />Resolution No. 2000-142, adopted November 7, 2000, determined to make special o <br />assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to rn <br />Anita Park Subdivision (37`h and 38" Streets, east of 5$'" Avenue and west of 561" — <br />Avenue); and co <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special N, <br />assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br />required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />�-� Resolution No. 2000-143 on November 7, 2000, and set a time and place for a public <br />hearing at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested <br />persons would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said o <br />project and said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section <br />206.07, Indian River County Code; and r� <br />-,t <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br />the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, November 10, 2000, and once again on <br />Friday, November 17, 2000 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week <br />prior to the hearing), as required by Section 206,06, Indian River County Code; and <br />;v <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior <br />to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br />December 12, 240 <br />4 <br />sl BX 116 PG�11 <br />
