INDUSTRIAL (ENTERPRISE) PARK DEVELOPMENT <br />CONCEPT PLAN - REQUEST FOR APPROVAL <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Neuberger for discussion, to <br />approve staff's recommendation. <br />Community Development Director Robert Keating reviewed his memorandum of <br />December 2, 2002. <br />Acting Chairman Macht urged approval of this item as being good for the County's <br />economy through the creation of living wage jobs. <br />Commissioner Ginn and Commissioner Neuberger believed there is a need for a <br />workshop on this issue. <br />y� .4,:fr <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously.
