RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recoaunends that the Board, through adoption of the attached resolution, release the drainage <br />and utility easement, as more particularly described in said resolution. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Adams, the Board <br />unanimously adopted Resolution 2001-133 releasing <br />a portion of an easement on Lot 15 of Sea Oaks <br />River Cottages PD (Sea Oaks Investment, Ltd. - <br />8910 East Orchid Island Circle). <br />RESOLUTION NO, 2001 - 133_ <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 15 <br />OF SEA OAKS RIVER COTTAGES PD <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot <br />15 of Sea Oaks River Cottages PD; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br />of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor, to <br />SEA OAKS INVESTMENT, LTD <br />1501 COLLINS AVE. 3RD FLOOR <br />MIAMI BEACH, FL 33139 <br />its successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the east ten feet of the northerly six-foot wide utility easement of Lot 15, Sea Oaks River <br />Cottages PD, being a Partial Replat of Sea Oaks River Homes VPD, according to the Partial <br />Replat recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 84 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />DECEMBER 18, 2001 <br />-61. <br />66 <br />
