Planning Director Stan Boling commented that co -location and rebuilding <br />applications are excepted from the moratorium and asked the Board to grant the extra time <br />to finish the Master Plan and the new ordinance. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter.
