Fred Mensing asked for a resolution to his problem by having the County furnish <br />a key to the gate and he agreed to keep the gate closed except for going in and out. He also <br />asked for a solution to the flooding problem which he believed had been caused by <br />timbering and the clearing of a 30 to 50 -foot area which he believed to be a fire hazard.
