A cost estimate for the remaining required improvements, and <br /> I A contract for construction of remaining required improvements, and <br /> 4. A cash escrow agreement to secure the contract. <br /> ANALYSIS : <br /> Most subdivision improvements have been completed and the developer proposes to bond-out for <br /> construction of the remaining required improvements to proceed with final plat approval . Th <br /> remaining required improvements include sodding and other minor items . The format of the financial <br /> security has been approved by the County Attorney ' s Office, and unit costs for construction items <br /> have been approved by Public Works. The developer has also submitted a copy of the Contract for j <br /> Construction of Required Improvements. All subdivision improvements are privately dedicated with <br /> the exception of the utility system, which is separately warranted through the Department of Utilit <br /> Services. All requirements of final plat approval are satisfied. <br /> RECOMMENDATION : <br /> Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant final plat approval for Th <br /> Crossing Subdivision, and authorize the Chairman to sign the Contract for Construction and Cas <br /> Deposit & Escrow Agreement. <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Stanbridge , <br /> SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board <br /> unanimously granted final plat approval for The <br /> Crossing Subdivision and authorized the Chairman <br /> to sign the Contract for Construction and Cash <br /> Deposit & Escrow Agreement, as recommended by <br /> staff. <br /> CONTRACT WILL BE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br /> OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> WHEN EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br /> DECEMBER 19 , 2000 BK 16 PG 518 <br /> I <br /> - 34 - - <br />
