Freeman's Request for Final Plat Approval for Hammock <br />Lakes Phase II Planned Development (P.D.) <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal consideration by the Board of <br />County Commissioners at its regular meeting of December 4, 2001. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Hammock Lakes Phase H P.D. is a 100 lot single-family subdivision of a portion of a 65.82 acre <br />parcel of land. Located on the south side of 1st Street S.W , between 50`h Avenue and 5S`h <br />Avenue, the property is zoned RS -3 (residential single-family, up to 3 unit/acre) and has an L-1, <br />low density 1 (up to 3 units/acre) land use designation. The density of the subdivision is 291 <br />units per acre. <br />At its regular meeting of September 26, 19957 the Board of County Commissioners granted <br />planned development special exception use approval for the overall Hammock Lakes project. <br />The Board's action made effective the preliminary PD plat approved by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission on August 22, 1995. The applicant, Paul H. Freeman, through his agent Knight, <br />ttilcGuire & Associates, Inc., is now requesting final plat approval and has submitted the <br />following: <br />1. A final plat in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat. <br />2.
